Brief Portrait

Mag. Werner Kolarik is a management consultant, certified project manager and lecturer in the fields finance and digital transformation. For more than 25 years he has accompanied companies in technical, organizational and IT-specific transformations. His main tasks in the area of ​​accounting and management control include the introduction of management accounting systems, the development of risk management systems, the creation of IT concepts, and reorganizations in finance and accounting departments.

At the Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz, Mag. Kolarik is currently teaching the master's course "Corporate Management in Decentralised Organizations" from the SBWL track "Managerial Accounting" at the University of Graz.
